A tríade social e suas implicações para a teologia bíblica veterotestamentária: indícios de uma teologia marginal

Abstract

O presente trabalho expõe o interesse por uma leitura social do Antigo Testamento e busca desenvolvê-la, analisando um considerável sistema de leis que prevê os aspectos físicos e sociais de indivíduos em situação de vulnerabilidade. Os critérios sociológicos, aqui desenvolvidos, buscam distinguir da religião institucionalizada, uma religião invisível e marginal, com profundas raízes antropológicas e sociais. No centro deste sistema que abriga os marginalizados da sociedade, encontramos a Tríade Social: estrangeiro rGE,, órfão aרny" e viúva hn",n't.r". O objetivo de nossa pesquisa está em analisar a presença destas categorias no texto bíblico e como elas acenam para um significativo conjunto de normas jurídicas, produzidas por grupos de oposição à “religião oficial”, desenvolvendo concepções totalmente novas no campo teológico, político e cultual. O método encontrado para averiguar nossas suspeitas está no estudo exegético de textos bíblicos, em especial, textos deuteronômicos e textos extrabíblicos, tendo como suporte os achados arqueológicos em Khirbet Qeiyafa. Os resultados preliminares de nossa pesquisa nos dão pistas de que a prática social, muito difundida no antigo Israel, entendida como uma exigência divina, alcança contornos litúrgicos importantes na fixação dos valores éticos e sociais na comunidade. Nossa pretensão é destacar que o tema do pobre e do necessitado, representados em nossa pesquisa pela Tríade Social, bem como a preservação de seus direitos básicos, perpassa todo o Antigo Testamento, promovendo uma espécie de teologia marginal, que caminha paralelo aos temas e às dinâmicas oficiais de fé.

The present work exposes the interest in a social reading of the Old Testament and seeks to develop it, analyzing a considerable system of laws that foresees the physical and social aspects of individuals in vulnerable situations. The sociological criteria, developed here, seek to distinguish from institutionalized religion, an invisible and marginal religion, with deep anthropological and social roots. At the center of this system that shelters the marginalized of society, we find the Social Triad: foreigner rGE,, orphan aרn,y" and widow hn",n't.r". The objective of our research is to analyze the presence of these categories in the text biblical and how they point to a significant set of legal norms, produced by groups opposing the “official religion”, developing totally new conceptions in the theological, political and cultural fields. The method found to investigate our suspicions is in the exegetical study of biblical texts , in particular, Deuteronomic texts and extra-biblical texts, supported by the archaeological finds in Khirbet Qeiyafa. The preliminary results of our research give us clues that the social practice, very widespread in ancient Israel, understood as a divine requirement, reaches liturgical contours important in establishing ethical and social values in the community. Our intention is to emphasize that the theme of the poor and needy, represented and n our research into the Social Triad, as well as the preservation of its basic rights, permeates the entire Old Testament, promoting a kind of marginal theology, which runs parallel to the official themes and dynamics of faith.
