Companies have sought a better company manager, improved processes, implemented new technologies for greater agility in production and better results with increased productivity and job satisfaction. In addition, these improvements can also have a negative effect on your employees, such as Exhaustion at work. This is to investigate the factors that influence the exhaustion in the work, including its effect by the Technostress. To do so, the study was conducted in the middle of a confirmatory and cross-sectional survey of the first questionnaire with 10 demographic questions and 40 questions. Data were collected through 273 questionnaires answered by users of information technology. The testing of the hipsters, an analysis of initial equations was carried out, to the proposed research model. It was confirmed that the Technostress had the greatest effect on exhaustion at work. And the study shows that the second major effect was the conflict of roles, the continuation of distributed justice as an attenuating factor of exhaustion, that is, the perception of justice organized by employees reduces the level of stress. Trust in the company has not been confirmed as a factor that influences job exhaustion.
