Resumo
As características psicológicas como emoções, medo e a ganância poderão influenciar as operações financeiras. Assim, a falta de atenção em uma operação pode causar sérios prejuízos em operações de Mercado. Esse sofrimento emocional está entre as ameaças que influencia no comportamento do investidor. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar fatores que influenciam no processo decisório em operações financeiras. A fim de mensurar e obter estes dados, foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: Perceived Stress Scale – PSS-14; Escala de Impulsividade de Barratt - BIS-11; Questionário Reduzido de Autorregulação – QRAR; Análise de Perfil do Investidor (API) e Questionário Sociodemográfico. A amostra foi composta por 156 participantes, a coleta foi realizada online e, a partir dos resultados, foram organizados em três grupos: Investidor Conservador (G1-IC), Investidor Moderado (G2-IM) e Investidor Arrojado (G3-IA). Foi aplicado um questionário a uma amostra por conveniência de profissionais investidores que atuam no mercado financeiro e de capitais. No procedimento, toda a coleta, correção e análise dos resultados referentes aos instrumentos de medida cognitiva e de personalidade foi realizada por profissional habilitado da Psicologia. O SmartPLS 3.0M3 foi utilizado para análise de modelagem de equações estruturais, e o SPSS (Versão 23.0 para Windows, IBM, São Paulo, SP, Brasil) foi utilizado para análise dos dados demográficos. Os resultados dessa pesquisa podem ser úteis aos Operadores do Mercado Financeiro e de Capitais, quando consistentes de controlar a sensação de perda. A falta de controle emocional e comportamental, refletem no processo decisório. A escolha impulsiva e a ação impulsiva trazem efeitos negativos no resultado financeiro. Portanto, o investidor no momento de euforia, em um mercado volátil pode realizar escolhas impulsivas e decisões impulsivas. Conclui-se que quando um operador do mercado financeiro age de forma impulsiva, muitas decisões estão sendo influenciadas por emoções. Quando influenciada por emoções, cometem erros por não se controlar a si mesmo, os indivíduos precisam se conhecer e desenvolver competências emocionais consistentes em escolhas financeiras.

This emotional distress is among the threats that influence investor behavior. This research aimed to investigate factors that influence the decision-making process in financial operations. In order to measure and obtain these data, the following instruments were used: Perceived Stress Scale – PSS-14; Barratt Impulsivity Scale - BIS-11; Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire – QRAR; Investor Profile Analysis (API) and Sociodemographic Questionnaire. The results of this survey can be useful to Financial and Capital Market Operators, when consistent with controlling the feeling of loss. The lack of emotional and behavioral control reflects in the decision-making process. Impulsive choice and impulsive action have negative effects on the financial result. Therefore, the investor in the moment of euphoria, in a volatile market, can make impulsive choices and impulsive decisions. It is concluded when a financial market operator acts impulsively, many decisions are being influenced by emotions. When influenced by emotions, they make mistakes for not controlling themselves, individuals need to know themselves and develop emotional skills consistent in financial choices.
