Resumo
A escola sempre teve seu lugar de importância na sociedade e os professores, ou mestres, como eram chamados tinham o respeito e a admiração de todos, era uma profissão reconhecida. Os professores eram referências para seus alunos, valorizados não só pelo seu conhecimento, mas também pela figura de admiração que despertava em seus alunos. Entretanto, com o passar dos anos, esta profissão começou a ser desvalorizada e o glamour que existia parece que se perdeu no tempo e a sociedade que tanto admirava seus professores, hoje em dia, parece não reconhecê-los. Com esta desvalorização, toda a sociedade perde. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi descrever e analisar a percepção de saúde na trajetória profissional de professores readaptados. A amostra pesquisada foi composta por professores readaptados de ambos os sexos que estavam readaptados há mais de 01 (um) ano, em escolas públicas de São Paulo-SP. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: entrevista com perguntas norteadoras e um questionário de identificação dos participantes. Os resultados apontaram que o trabalho em sala de aula pode desencadear sintomas mentais em professores, no entanto, nem todos profissionais enxergam dessa forma, e, muitas vezes justificam sua patologia ligada somente a questões pessoais. Além disso, os resultados mostram também o isolamento do profissional que está readaptado, a desvalorização deste profissional, a falta de empatia de seus colegas de profissão, evidenciando também a desesperança na readaptação e a falta de perspectiva de futuro de um readaptado. Espera-se que este trabalho possa ter contribuído para aprofundar sobre o tema mal esta docente e o universo dos professores readaptados e que, a partir disso, possamos pensar em estratégias de promoção da saúde na educação.
The school always had its place of importance in the society and the professors, or masters, as they were called had the respect and the admiration of all, was a recognized profession. Teachers were references to their students, valued not only for their knowledge, but also for the figure of admiration that awakened in their students. However, over the years, this profession began to be devalued and the glamor that existed seems to have been lost in time and the society that so much admired its teachers, nowadays, seems not to recognize them. With this devaluation, the whole of society loses. The aim of this research was to describe and analyze the health perception in the professional trajectory of readapted teachers. The sample was composed of readapted teachers of both sexes who were readapted more than 01 (one) year, in public schools of São Paulo-SP. The instruments used were: interview with guiding questions and a participant identification questionnaire. The results pointed out that classroom work can trigger mental symptoms in teachers, however, not all professionals see this way, and often justify their pathology linked only to personal issues. In addition, the results also show the isolation of the professional who is readapted, the devaluation of this professional, the lack of empathy of his colleagues in the profession, also showing the hopelessness in the readaptation and the lack of perspective of the future of a readaptado. It is hoped that this work may have contributed to deepening on the subject poorly this teacher and the universe of the teachers readapted and that, from that, we can think of strategies of health promotion in the education.
