Resumo
O projeto de viabilidade enfatiza o produto V40 Cross Country que é um automóvel de luxo, fabricado na Suécia, pertencente ao segmento de veículos compactos e também o seu processo de importação realizado através do regime aduaneiro especial de Admissão Temporária, uma vez que para a empresa Volvo Cars poder comercializar definitivamente esse veículo é necessária à homologação através do IBAMA, que é responsável por controlar e verificar se os veículos estão dentro das normas mínimas ambientais e de segurança. Se comprovado que o veículo atende esses requerimentos mínimos é concedida a autorização desse órgão para a comercialização de determinado veículo. Além disso, o projeto aborda os principais detalhes do produto, qual o público alvo e a lucratividade no mercado brasileiro através de uma estrutura de custos, para verificar a viabilidade e o potencial de rentabilidade ao se importar e vender o V40 Cross Country nesse mercado definitivamente. Outros temas presentes no projeto permitem identificar a situação do comércio exterior brasileiro levando em consideração o Balanço de Pagamentos, a relação do crescimento econômico brasileiro com o crescimento dos países emergentes (principalmente a China), os valores das importações feitas pelo Brasil e sua evolução nos últimos anos. Também são relacionadas no projeto de viabilidade as principais formas de ingressar no mercado internacional, as vantagens e desvantagens que ocorrem para a empresa quando opta por atuar globalmente e qual a situação atual do marketing internacional da Volvo Cars. Por outro lado, há destaque também para o termo “Custo Brasil” que demonstra o encarecimento dos produtos provenientes do exterior por conta dos custos logísticos, da precária infraestrutura, altos impostos e margens elevadas de lucro. O projeto também permite compreender as principais negociações que ocorrem entre Brasil e Suécia, que são os países envolvidos no processo do regime aduaneiro especial de Admissão Temporária, as questões econômicas dos dois países, as questões geográficas e situação atual dos dois países. Como tema central, é detalhada a viabilidade de importação e comercialização do V40 Cross Country através de indicadores financeiros como o valor atual líquido, o prazo de retorno de investimento, a margem de contribuição, entre outros. Ainda, são apresentados os fatores que contribuem para a aceitação desse veículo nesse mercado como o segmento de atuação, o posicionamento de preço com relação à concorrência, o crescimento econômico da população brasileira, etc. Por fim, é detalhado o processo de importação em Regime Aduaneiro Especial de Admissão Temporária, ao qual foi submetido inicialmente esse veículo, desde a obtenção do RADAR até o momento da reexportação, demonstrando o custo logístico das operações, INCOTERMS, canais de parametrização, as principais modalidades de pagamento internacional e outros aspectos relacionados a esse tipo de operação que não é muito aprofundada e explorada no comércio exterior brasileiro.
The project feasibility study emphasizes the V40 Cross Country product, which is a luxury vehicle manufactured in Sweden, belonging to the compact vehicles segment, and also its import process conducted through special customs regime of temporary admission, once that in order to Volvo Cars definitely sell the V40 Cross Country an approval is required by IBAMA, which is responsible for controlling and checking whether vehicles are within the minimum environmental and safety standards. If proven that the vehicle meets these minimum requirements an authorization is granted and the vehicle can be commercialized then. In addition, the project addresses the key details of the product, the target audience and profitability in the Brazilian market through a cost structure, to verify the feasibility when importing and selling the V40 Cross Country in Brazil definitely. Other themes in the project identify the situation of Brazilian foreign trade taking into account the balance of payments, the ratio of Brazilian economic growth with the growth of emerging countries (especially China), the values of imports made by Brazil and their evolution in years. Are also listed on the project viability major ways of entering the international market, the advantages and disadvantages that happen to the company when it chooses to act globally and what the current status of international marketing of Volvo Cars. On the other hand, there is also a highlight for the term “Brazil cost” that demonstrates the enhancement of products from abroad because of the logistics costs, poor infrastructure, high taxes and high profit margins. The project also provides insight into key negotiations that occur between Brazil and Sweden that are the countries involved in the special customs regime of temporary admission process, the economic issues of the two countries, geographical issues and current situation of these two countries. As a central theme, details the feasibility of importing and selling the V40 Cross Country through financial indicators such as net present value, payback period of investment, contribution margin, among others.
