Abstract

Este projeto foi desenvolvido para a imobiliária Aki Imóveis a qual tem enfrentado vários problemas onde na maioria dos casos tem gerado a perda e/ou insatisfação dos clientes, devido à falta de gerenciamento do volume de informações e do não cumprimento das regras de negócio. O objetivo deste projeto é a criação de um sistema que possibilite automatizar o cadastro das fichas de atendimento de cliente, ajudar no gerenciamento dos corretores, forçar o cumprimento de algumas regras de negócio da imobiliária, aumentando assim a qualidade dos serviços prestados para os clientes, dando mais visibilidade do negócio aos gestores e gerar aumento nas vendas.This project was created to the real estate agency Aki Imóveis that has facing many problem, that has resulted in the client’s dissatisfaction and disloyalty, due to absence of management of the information and lack of following the business rules. The goal of this project is to create a system that automates the register of the client’s information and help the real estate agency to manage the employees and force the following of the business rules in order to give more visibility to the business and increase the sales.
