Análise seminal computadorizada: (C.A.S.A)

Abstract

A infertilidade é um problema que acomete homens e mulheres com problemas no trato reprodutivo. Ela pode ser diagnosticada após 1 ano em que o casal teve relações sexuais sem o uso de preservativos. De qualquer modo, antes dar início ao tratamento são necessários alguns exames básicos. Nos laboratórios de Reprodução Humana (Andrologia) são feitos os exames macroscópico e microscópico, que analisará o sêmen do homem, embora estes exames não possam determinar a infertilidade. A critério de automatizar os laboratórios de Reprodução Humana, padronizando os resultados dos exames, como também diminuindo o seu tempo de análise foi inventado a Análise Seminal Computadorizada (C.A.S.A). No (C.A.S.A) são feitos os exames de concentração e motilidade espermática como (Velocidade Linear, Velocidade Curvilínea,Velocidade da Trajetória Média, Lineradidade e Amplitude Lateral da Cabeça do Espermatozóide). Mas para que esta máquina faça um bom exame, é muito importante o controle de qualidade como também o usuário tem que padronizar as configurações da máquina, para que o resultado do exame tenha credibilidade. Com os resultados destes exames, foi concluído que no (C.A.S.A) ocorrem vários erros. O primeiro seria através do técnico, que sem a experiência a máquina não seria configurada corretamente. O outro, é que o analisador não é muito bem desenvolvido a fim de diferenciar um espermatozóide de uma célula como também há uma margem de erros na reconstrução da trajetória quando ocorrem colisão entre as células.
